Home made preservative free Verjuice
Take unripe grapes (I had green grapes), wash and make sure all stems removed. Blend until nice and pulpy. Strain to remove any chunky bits that didn't quite get blended. Freeze in ice cube trays so that you have small amounts for deglazing pans etc. I have found that verjuice is a good substitute for vinegar when making a home made salad dressing. I am also using where I would normally add a squeeze of lemon.
